Friends, Fans, and Fancy dancers: Cobra is returning to Rancho Relaxo, its rock ‘n’ roll Alma Mater, to play one hell of a show on July 16. We’ll be playing with some bands we’re very excited to see, let alone share the stage with. They are: The Best, Cursed Arrows, and The Quantum Jitters.

Since this is a FRIDAY show, you can expect there to be a good amount of fun to be had. We are finalizing a set list from our library and are choosing to play “The Hits” for you. Also at this show: Cobra pins! Yes, we had some pins made some weeks ago and this will mark their first appearance on the merch table. There will be some other surprises, too. So we’ll see you at Rancho Relaxo on July 16!

LONELY VAGABOND LIKES US

The mysterious Lonely Vagabond, known for being an unknown who attends loads of Toronto concerts and writes short blurbs for each band he/she sees, had some really awesome stuff to say about us in a comment left on our MySpace page.

We are both humbled and flattered!

We, the band Cobra from Toronto, are experimenting with rock ‘n’ roll. We are also experimenting with interwebbing. This will be a place where you can witness both these experiment types collide, possibly to humourous consequences.
